Awww, thanks :) We've got our foot on the gas with the goal to provide a fantastic experience to stitchers in the area. We are gaining momentum! Thanks for leaving such a nice review!

Thanks for leaving us a 5-star review! Downtown McKinney is a special place and we are so happy to be part of it :)

Response from Stitch on the Square

Yes, lots more to come! We are adding more inventory almost every day. It's been fun to see the shop come together. You are right, downtown McKinney is a great area with so much shopping, great restaurants, etc. I can't imagine the shop being anywhere else. Thanks for leaving us a review!

Response from Stitch on the Square

So happy to have a home in downtown McKinney. The stitchers in the area needed a local shop! We've got plenty of space to gather to stitch, and new product coming almost daily :) Hope to see you again soon!

Thanks for visiting and leaving such a thoughtful review. We recently worked with a designer who came up with a fabulous plan for a more comfortable seating area. I'm hoping to make that happen! In the meantime, we are adding as many canvases and threads as we can. You are correct about how easy it is to make a day trip to downtown McKinney! A few personal favorites are Bresnan Bakery, Filtered Coffee, McKinney Knittery + Downtown Dry Goods of course ;), Cadillac Pizza, Neighbor Books, Cotton Hearts, the silo mural by The Flour Mill, Local Yocal...and the list goes on! There are plenty more favorites to discover. And, if one day isn't enough, there is always The Grand Hotel so a day trip can turn into a weekend!

Thanks for the review! New canvases are arriving almost daily and we pre-ordered so many during Market, we should have a steady supply of new things to see for awhile. New threads too! Hope to see you again soon!

Response from Stitch on the Square

We came home from Market with so many canvases, and still more on pre-order. New threads are on the way too. We will have the space filled very soon at this rate! We are offering finishing now too--from ornaments and stand ups to professionally sewn pillows and stockings. Thanks for sharing a review :)

Thanks, Heather! A great staff is very important to me--I'm happy to hear we made a positive impression :)

Thanks for taking time to leave us a review. Yes, just getting started. I prioritized opening quickly to begin building and serving the needlepoint community in McKinney and surrounding areas. We temporarily sacrificed a full collection of threads and canvases in the beginning, but we are adding more almost daily. Hope to see you again soon!
